Key Responsibilities:
- Administering and maintaining the current BMC Remedy ITSM environment, with a planned transition to BMC Helix.
- Providing first-level support and handling user inquiries.
- Analyzing incidents and preparing escalations for second-level support.
- Managing system configurations, including data imports and master data maintenance.
- Monitoring applications and servers to ensure system reliability.
- Experience in administering and supporting BMC Remedy ITSM or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong technical knowledge of both application and server environments.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written) is essential to the position.
- Ability to work on-site near Bern, Switzerland, with the possibility of hybrid work
