Our partner, top international consulting firm are seeking a Security Architect (IAM) at the Manager level to lead the development and deployment of advanced IAM services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring secure user access, regulatory compliance, and the seamless integration of identity management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design comprehensive IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technologies.
- Lead IAM strategy and execution, collaborating with IT, security, and business teams to align IAM initiatives with organizational goals.
- Develop and enforce security protocols and compliance standards to safeguard sensitive data and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in IAM, security, and operational efficiency.
- Manage IAM system integrations during mergers and acquisitions, addressing challenges and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Promote the adoption of DevSecOps principles, integrating security into development and operational workflows.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IAM architectures.
- Expertise in CyberArk's Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ for identity governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (AAD) for user identity management and secure access integration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) within the Microsoft Entra framework.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and their integration into development and operational processes.
- Knowledge of security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Analytical skills to identify security issues, interpret data, and propose effective solutions.
- Fluency in English is required.
