Location: Remote (within the UK, with possible travel within the UK)
Salary: Up to £580 per day (inside IR35)
Contract: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Leading business analysis workstreams from discovery through to delivery, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
- Driving business and technical change across IAM/PAM initiatives, ensuring alignment with cyber security and risk strategies.
- Mentoring and supporting other Business Analysts across project activities.
- Facilitating collaborative workshops, gathering and refining requirements, and supporting planning and delivery activities.
- Building strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, engaging and influencing at all levels.
- Working hands-on with tools like Jira, Miro, Visio, Excel, Power BI for requirements, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Recent financial services / banking industry experience required.
- A strong track record in business analysis across multiple technical and change-focused projects, ideally within the cyber security space.
- Demonstrable experience with IAM and PAM systems and concepts, including CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, and Microsoft Entra/Active Directory.
- Skilled in process modelling, impact assessments, support/operating model design, and communication/training planning.
- Confidence in handling complex datasets and using data to support decisions.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A structured, can-do approach with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Experience working on a large-scale Cyber Security Programme
- Formal Business Analysis qualifications (e.g., BCS, IIBA)
- Education in a technical or IT-related discipline
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Awareness of NIST CSF, SDLC, and key regulatory or risk frameworks
