About the Role: We are looking for two dynamic and process-driven Product Owners to join our client, for an exciting 6-month contract. As a Product Owner, you will work across multiple teams to drive the transition from functional to cross-functional teams while supporting high-level stakeholders, including the COO and CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and thrives in strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Product Owner teams simultaneously in a transitional phase, driving a shift from functional to cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders (including CEO and COO) to align the product vision and ensure delivery.
- Bring e-commerce/marketplace experience to the table, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet the demands of retail and marketplace platforms.
- Drive process improvements and help introduce a more structured approach, bringing agility to the team even in a non-traditional agile environment.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and other departments, ensuring alignment on strategic goals.
- Work in a fast-paced, chaotic environment where the ability to make quick decisions and act with confidence is key.
- Shape and define product strategy while supporting teams in executing against business goals.
Who You Are:
- You have strong experience in retail, marketplace, or e-commerce industries.
- You have a process-driven mindset, with a passion for fixing chaos and implementing structured frameworks.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can interact confidently with senior leadership.
- Strong decision-maker with the ability to move quickly and get things done.
- Comfortable working in a tech environment, but you do not need to be highly technical.
- You are a self-starter, capable of driving change and taking ownership of multiple teams.
- Experience working with Slack and Discord for internal communication is a plus.
