We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Purview Architect to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about data security, governance, and compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem — this is your opportunity to lead and shape enterprise-wide Purview implementations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the architecture and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions across the estate
- Design and implement data scanning, classification, and labelling strategies (including AIP & auto-labelling)
- Define and roll out DLP policies to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME), mentoring junior engineers and guiding solution design
- Collaborate across security, compliance, and IT teams to drive adoption
- Perform architecture reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay ahead of industry trends
Experience and skills required:
- 8 years in enterprise security, compliance, or data governance
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (Security & Compliance solutions)
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, AIP, DLP, Defender for Cloud, and Endpoint DLP
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 security tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft Certified: SC-400 (preferred)
