Are you passionate about tech and enjoy solving problems? My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their friendly, fast-paced team. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, helping ensure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and keep office and meeting room tech running smoothly.
- Set up laptops, accounts, and tools for new starters, giving them a seamless first day.
- Document IT practices, refine processes, and grow your skills in tools like Google Workspace, MDM platforms, and IT security.
What they’re Looking For:
- Experience in IT or technical support, with a solid understanding of tools like Jira or Zendesk.
- Skills in configuring operating systems like macOS, Windows 11, Linux, or mobile platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain tech issues clearly to non-tech colleagues.
- Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
