Essentials
- Experience assessing effectiveness of Lead Generation and Marketing
- Proven ability to manage extensive datasets and work with relational databases.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, including crafting comprehensive procedures from the ground up.
- Proficiency in using data visualization platforms like PowerBI and Tableau.
- Skilled in leveraging Python for ETL processes and data analysis tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of A/B testing and statistical significance methodologies to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Established background as a Data Analyst or in an equivalent analytical role.
- Strong capability to see how their contributions align with overarching business objectives.
- Excel at fostering and maintaining robust relationships across the organization.
- Competent in juggling multiple responsibilities while ensuring deadlines are met.
- A passionate drive to enhance processes and uncover innovative opportunities through data exploration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and manage an extensive suite of dashboards.
- Build and maintain integrations that support origination channels and initiatives.
- Conduct and evaluate A/B testing to enhance marketing performance.
- Assess lead opportunities, actions, and results to determine success potential and highlight areas for improvement.
- Deliver analytical insights to key stakeholders in a straightforward and clear format to ensure easy comprehension.
