Role Description:
The CyberArk Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining CyberArk solutions, ensuring privileged access security, and troubleshooting related issues.
The role requires hands-on experience with CyberArk components, custom development, and security best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Solving Complex CyberArk Challenges – Handle L1, L2, and L3 level CyberArk issues with confidence.
- Driving Automation & Security – Develop custom CPM plugins and PSM connectors to enhance security capabilities.
- Implementing & Managing Privileged Access – Convert unmanaged accounts into fully managed CyberArk accounts.
- System Upgrades & DR Drills – Lead installation, implementation, and upgrades of all CyberArk components, while ensuring robust disaster recovery solutions.
- Collaboration & Optimization – Work with internal teams, conduct risk assessments, and recommend best password management solutions.
- Incident Management & Compliance – Troubleshoot and resolve safe and account-related issues, ensuring adherence to compliance and security policies.
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Expertise in AIM agents, APP ID creation, CCP Providers, and Master Policy settings.
- Strong background in incident resolution, change management (CR reviews), and report generation.
- Experience in raising and managing cases with CyberArk for issue resolution.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new CyberArk components with minimal guidance.
- Experience with process improvements and automation for efficiency gains.
- Knowledge of privileged access security best practices and risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address security vulnerabilities.
