About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Reporting Analyst to join our team for a financial client. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of driving the security posture of the bank, ensuring we provide a safe and sustainable digital environment for their customers. The role will focus on the definition, design, and delivery of security reporting that supports our mission to provide data-led security insights. You’ll play a key role in supporting the maturity of their continuous control monitoring service and collaborating with teams to improve their security capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level knowledge in the analysis and visualization of cyber security data to communicate security posture to a variety of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with both technical and business teams to ensure security testing outcomes are well-understood and implemented.
- Influence decisions to reduce security risks across the organization.
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of reporting, automation, and metrics capabilities.
- Support the standardization of metrics to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
- Demonstrate a professional ‘can do’ attitude, working effectively under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor for security-related decisions and control testing across business, operational, and technical teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI/Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in developing dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in advanced analytics and supporting the management of services/functions.
- Knowledge of risk management and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and other reporting/automation technologies is a plus.

- Security domain knowledge.
