Key Responsibilities
- Oversee solution implementations from on boarding to full adoption.
- Serve as a strategic partner for technical and business stakeholders.
- Design and implement scalable integration's aligned with customer goals.
- Act as a technical advisor, providing best practices and advanced analytics guidance.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
- Conduct training and create resources to empower customers.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
- 5-10 years in data analytics, consulting, or technical customer success.
- Expertise in data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks), ETL tools (Matillion, Fivetran, Talend, dbt), and BI solutions (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong SQL and data modeling experience.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and projects independently.
- Fluency in German & English (required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Start up or high-growth experience is a plus.
