Role Overview:We are seeking highly skilled professionals to drive business transformation and optimize trading and advisory solutions for private banks. You will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and enhancing trading processes, ensuring seamless integration of margin trading and structured product platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Trading & Advisory Process Design – Enhance and streamline trading workflows, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Margin Trading Expertise – Optimize margin lending processes, risk frameworks, and collateral management strategies.
Multi-Dealer Platform Integration – Support the implementation and improvement of structured product platforms, ensuring smooth multi-dealer execution.
Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with front-office teams, IT, and key stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
Business & Technology Alignment – Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions for private banking trading operations.
Your Profile:
Strong experience as a Business Architect or Business Analyst in private banking, wealth management, or investment banking.
Expertise in trading solutions, margin trading, and structured products.
Deep understanding of multi-dealer platforms and trading advisory workflows.
Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and process improvements.
Experience working with front-office teams and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
Knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks related to margin trading and structured products.
