Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Problem-Solving: Identify business challenges and opportunities, developing robust solutions to drive change.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure solutions align with their needs and expectations.
- Business Case Development: Support the creation of business cases and feasibility studies to justify investments in new solutions.
- Project Support & Reporting: Assist in tracking project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Operational & Process Design: Develop operational frameworks and process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
- Risk & Governance: Identify potential risks, support policy development, and strengthen internal controls.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Change Management: Support smooth implementation of new processes and ensure organisational adoption.
- Banking Experience: Previous experience in a banking environment is a must.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess complex issues, develop solutions, and drive business improvements.
- Strong Communication & Influence: Ability to convey complex information and influence stakeholders effectively.
