​Karl is a Principal Recruiter specialising in Software Perm UK hiring, as well as leading our Pride in Tech community. Karl has worked on scaling teams with experience in working with early-stage startups to large-scale multinationals and consultancies. Karl completed a degree in Multimedia Technology only fuelled his passion for the tech industry and in his own words “loves working in the tech industry”. A self-confessed geek and gamer, you can catch Karl gaming or going to live gigs and music festivals (a frequent visitor to Glastonbury!). Karl is all about making a difference and DEIB in Tech is his main driver around this.
