Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales)

Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Solution consultant (Pre-sales) with extensive experience in data management, customer engagement, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving product roadmaps, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes in global, high-pressure environments.
As a key contributor, you will act as a trusted advisor to both technical teams and customers, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to define product strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and spearhead innovative solutions for complex challenges.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management:
    • Define and execute product roadmaps, requirements, and release criteria.
    • Partner with engineering, QA, IT operations, and customer success teams to drive software upgrades and enhancements.
    • Lead the design, development, and release of new product features, demo environments, and customer-facing solutions.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Collaborate with global customers to gather feedback, support software adoption, and resolve escalations.
    • Act as the primary technical consultant, advising on integration strategies and custom implementations.
  • Team Leadership and Enablement:
    • Build cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and customer success teams.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Sales and Strategic Support:
    • Partner with sales and account managers to define technical solutions and strategies.
    • Create commercial offerings tailored to customer needs, supporting deal closure and account growth.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in product management within the technology sector, particularly in data management or digital transformation.
  • Expertise in complex problem-solving, technical sales, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce, as well as knowledge of APIs, RESTful web services, XML, JSON, and operating systems (Linux, Unix, Microsoft). Experience with AWS also a big plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
