- Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and inspire the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Technical Expertise: Contribute to solving complex engineering problems and ensure the highest standards of code quality. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background and understanding of Java/Kotlin
- Strategic Impact: Work alongside other engineering leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive our technical vision.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in people management and leading engineering teams.
