Principal Systems Engineer

Another exciting new role just gone live in Galway! 

Working in partnership with our Financial Services client who are continuing to expand and looking for a talented systems engineer from the Voice sector. 

Ideally they're looking for an experienced senior or lead engineer coming from a Telco or contact centre background. You'll be working to provide technical guidance and leadership on large scale projects on their contact centre platform team. 

Tech skills required: 

• Excellent hands on Voice/Routing experience
• Ideally strong experience on Genesys Composer and Amazon Connect
• Strong experience managing Linux OS
• Expertise with Agile delivery
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication
