The Opportunity:
As part of its expansion across Europe, the company has launched a new Tech team to empower brokers and partners in Germany. This team will:
  • Build tools that enable brokers to efficiently refer customers.
  • Improve the referral process and optimise customer experience.
With ownership of the German portal, the team will collaborate with UK colleagues while delivering tailored solutions for the market.
 
The Role: Front-End / Full-Stack Engineer
This role involves designing and developing tools to streamline broker and partner interactions and enhance referred customers’ journeys. You’ll work on:
  • Introducer Portal: A web platform for brokers to manage referrals.
  • Customer Web Apps: Optimising application flows for referred customers.
  • Lending API: Developing integrations and improving usability for partners.
Collaboration with technical managers and the product team is key to solving challenges and driving improvements.
 
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in front-end development with React and TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Strong browser testing and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication to translate needs into solutions.
Bonus Skills:
  • Back-end experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices like containerisation and CI/CD.
  • Background in maths, physics, or computer science.
