​​Lucy is the Associate Marketing Director & Head of Thought Leadership at Trinnovo Group (which SODA is part of) and Founder of Women in DevOps, a community on a mission to close the DevOps gender gap and inspire the future leaders of the tech world. She is responsible for strategic planning and delivering the overall marketing strategy, engagement, implementation, and brand reputation at Trinnovo Group.

Lucy is responsible for scaling communities globally and taking ownership of reputation and presence in the technology, business enablement, and business protection and life sciences spaces. She is an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and endeavours to empower communities and create positive change, leading the internal DIT (diversity innovation team) which is made up of four EEG (employee engagement groups). Lucy is a hands-on, mission-oriented, and open-minded marketing and DEIB leader with a passion for advertising, social change, and action.
