Tester 
Start Date: Feb 2025
Contract Length: 6 Month Contract Initially 
Location / Hybrid Working: London, 2 days a week onsite
Pay Rate: Up to £480 per day


Summary
Trust in SODA is collaborating with a leading higher education organization on the hunt for a Tester. They are looking for someone who has prior experience in the automation testing space who has experience with PySpark. 


The Role:

• Testing data pipelines
• Build testing framework
• Working on transformations and storage processes 
• Knowledge with ETL/ELT, including data mapping in the Azure cloud 
• Performance testing

Key points for the role:

• Manual testing 
• Basic knowledge of automation testing frameworks 
• PyTest, GitHub actions, Python, Terratest 
• Bonus points for experience with automation testing, DBT, PySpark and reporting
