Role Title: Technical LeadRole Responsibilities:As the senior-most engineer, you will:

• Architect, develop, and lead technical direction for a platform that integrates with various e-commerce and ERP systems.
• Build and enhance the front-end experience using React to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with machine learning researchers to bring AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Design platform-agnostic, scalable architectures for seamless integration with tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, and ERP systems like Odoo.
• Drive technical excellence by mentoring team members, reviewing code, and implementing CI/CD best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• E-commerce Expertise: Extensive experience building or scaling consumer-facing e-commerce platforms or ERP systems.
• Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in React, with a deep understanding of creating high-performance, user-centric interfaces.
• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical direction in early-stage product development, balancing innovation with practicality.
• Technical Stack Familiarity: Competency in Python, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Experience solving scalability challenges and optimizing performance in complex systems.
• Start-Up Mindset: Comfortable with cradle-to-grave development and fast-paced environments.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working in FAANG or similar high-caliber organizations ideally within the e-commerce space as well: Amazon, E-bay, Wayfair, etc.
• Familiarity with AI-driven technologies or multi-agent systems.
• A background in both startup environments and enterprise-scale systems.
• Master's degree preferred, but exceptional candidates with non-traditional paths will be considered.
