Candidates with familiarity working in regulated environments and fraud or financial crime projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and change initiatives using established methodologies.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans with clear communication.
- Collaborate with sponsors to define scope, financials, and project plans.
- Oversee disciplined change control processes to formalize updates.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, implementing adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and procedural standards.
- Work with stakeholders and suppliers to design and prioritise requirements.
- Take ownership of critical decisions, navigating complex demands during the project lifecycle.
- Lead diverse teams across multiple locations and effectively manage external providers.
- Proven experience delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Strong understanding of financial landscapes and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Exposure to both rapid deployment and traditional release methods.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including with third parties and external providers.
- Strategic thinking and the resilience to challenge and innovate for the best outcomes.
