Client Overview:
Trust in Soda is working with one of the leading retail companies, which is in the process of expanding their IT capabilities. They are seeking a seasoned ERP Technical Consultant to support their ongoing digital transformation project, specifically focusing on the SAP ERP platform. This role is pivotal in enhancing their operational efficiency and modernizing their business processes.

Role Summary:
As an ERP Technical Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the implementation, configuration, and technical support of the SAP ERP system. Your role is to ensure the ERP system is tailored to meet the unique needs of our client, enabling streamlined business processes and improved data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical aspects of SAP ERP system implementations, ensuring a robust and scalable solution.
• Work closely with business analysts and project managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure the SAP ERP system to fit business needs, including development of custom modules and interfaces.
• Ensure the integrity and performance of the ERP system, including troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the ERP system aligns with business strategies and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior ERP consultants and in-house IT staff.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare technical documentation as required.
• Offer expert guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement and system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP systems, with a focus on SAP ERP implementations.
• Deep understanding of SAP technical architecture, system design, and integration.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in English and German; excellent communication skills to interface with stakeholders.
• Experience in leading technical teams and working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Development Associate or SAP Certified Technology Associate, are strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
