Position Overview: Senior Cloud Consultant (80–100%)

As a Cloud Consultant, you will combine strategic insight with technical proficiency to enable a seamless transition to a hybrid cloud environment. This position demands a deep understanding of Azure, security principles, and hybrid systems to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions while maintaining critical on-premise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting (30%):
  
  • 💡 Engage with stakeholders to translate on-premises infrastructure needs into Azure-based solutions.
  • 🔗 Act as a liaison between technical teams and business-level stakeholders.
• Technical Implementation (70%):
  
  • 🛠️ Develop and manage Azure Landing Zones, adhering to best practices.
  • 🌐 Collaborate with the network zones team to design and maintain cloud network architecture.
  • 🔄 Guide the migration from on-premise to hybrid environments, ensuring critical legacy components remain operational.
• Additional Contributions:
  
  • 🤖 Automate deployments and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • 📜 Create and enforce strategies for cloud security, governance, and operations.
  • 🔧 Configure, manage, and document Azure-based solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • 👩‍🏫 Provide hands-on training and guidance for teams adopting cloud technologies.

What You Bring

• Technical Expertise:
  
  • 🌐 Proven experience with Azure cloud services and tools (Azure certifications are a plus).
  • 🔒 Advanced security knowledge, including risk mapping and security matrix creation.
  • 🖥️ Previous expereince working in hybrid cloud environment 
• Language Skills:
  
  • 🗣️ B2 German is a minimum and C1 level English, with excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
