Role ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Manager will be responsible for building and growing the U.S. sales presence, focusing on independent studios, content providers, and dubbing studios. Working closely with company leadership, the individual will spearhead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and expand the organization’s footprint in the media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in media, entertainment, and dubbing sectors.
  • Provide market insights to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
  • Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with the legal team.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, particularly with dubbing studios or related AI products.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth independently.
  • Experience selling into media companies, influencers, and the broader entertainment industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and build a new market from the ground up.

  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex sales processes.

Salary & Benefits
  • Compensation: $50-62.50/hour (approximately $100-125k annually)
  • W-2 employment through the company
  • Commission structure to be defined during the hiring process
Interview Process
