Remote – must be UK based
Contract Duration: 3rd Feb – 31st March 2025
Rate: £415 - £455 per day / inside IR35

As a Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in this vibrant environment, acting as the bridge between creative, marketing, and product teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize projects based on impact, company goals, and available resources.
  • Shape and influence marketing creative plans for in-product experiences across various brands.
  • Identify and address critical challenges in creative marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Advocate for creative innovation and secure support for new initiatives.
  • Assess resource needs and coordinate cross-functional collaboration for project success.
  • Build trusted relationships with marketing, media, research, and analytics teams.
  • Foster strong partnerships with creative and production teams.
  • Lead creative project delivery for diverse marketing efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner agencies.
  • Balance competing priorities with effective decision-making and creative solutions.
  • Oversee resource allocation across multiple projects.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in creative agencies, production studios, or digital product marketing.
  • Proven track record working with marketers or within creative agencies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including media, research/planning, and analytics.
  • Expertise in managing marketing or product-related projects, from creative development to strategic alignment.
  • Experience leading campaigns involving live action, digital, and animation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
