Learning and Development Lead - Workforce Management System
Location: Remote with occasional travel
Rate: £175 - £215 per day 
Duration - 12 Months 

 
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Lead to design and deliver innovative training programs for a global time and attendance system transformation. This role is central to driving adoption and user engagement for a modern workforce management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design user-focused, multimodal training plans.
  • Develop diverse learning materials, including guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions and create a sustainable training academy.
  • Establish and manage a centralized knowledge-sharing system for resources.
  • Support change initiatives with engaging demos and communication materials.
  • Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering HR or workforce system training.
  • Proficiency with tools like Camtasia, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and content development skills.
  • Experience in knowledge management and global transformation programs.
