We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Lead to design and deliver innovative training programs for a global time and attendance system transformation. This role is central to driving adoption and user engagement for a modern workforce management platform.

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Lead to design and deliver innovative training programs for a global time and attendance system transformation. This role is central to driving adoption and user engagement for a modern workforce management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis and design user-focused, multimodal training plans.
- Develop diverse learning materials, including guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver tailored training sessions and create a sustainable training academy.
- Establish and manage a centralized knowledge-sharing system for resources.
- Support change initiatives with engaging demos and communication materials.
- Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in creating and delivering HR or workforce system training.
- Proficiency with tools like Camtasia, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and content development skills.
- Experience in knowledge management and global transformation programs.
- Training Design and Delivery: Creating engaging, user-friendly learning experiences.
- Communication: Clear and impactful messaging and materials.
- Multimodal Learning: Developing training across various formats.
