IT Manager - Leipzig, Germany

We are working with a global leader in watchmaking, known for its high-quality, innovate timepieces and precision timekeeping for events and broadcasting industries.

The Role:

• You will manage and provide technical leadership to a young team of 7 including 1 apprentice
• You will provide technical support to the offices in Germany and Switzerland for the entire organization  
• You will analyse and redesign IT infrastructure, automate processes, and document workflows
• You will implement data protection measures and cybersecurity best practices.
• You will plan and control the IT budget in compliance with the approval process within the group of companies.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German and English
• Previous successful experience managing a team
• Flexible and available to travel to Switzerland and to other countries to events
• Proven experience in Microsoft tools (PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics365)
• Familiarity of Linux, Network, Cloud (any) and Azure concepts
