Role Overview:We’re seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with a blend of enterprise-level technical expertise and startup mentality to join our team. This position is onsite in Mountain View, CA, and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with engineering leadership on cutting-edge video advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend systems for our video ad platform.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React and scalable backend services using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Optimize system performance for high-volume ad traffic and ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to bring innovative features to life.
• Implement cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Docker and manage services in environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Contribute to integrating advanced video and AI technologies into the platform.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience (open to exceptional new grads).
• Strong proficiency in React, Python, and backend frameworks (Django, Flask).
• Experience with SQL databases, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with video, advertising, or AI-related technologies is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment preferred.
