Are you passionate about building scalable systems and empowering cutting-edge technology? We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team of 13 talented engineers. This role reports directly to the CTO and offers an opportunity to shape the future of decentralized machine learning.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to the development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of our mainnet and internal products.
• Ensure observability and manage deployments for a sophisticated, distributed system.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure.
• Create and support internal tools to enhance developer productivity.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• 7–12 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in deploying large-scale workloads to cloud providers (AWS preferred, GCP acceptable).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Solid computer science fundamentals: algorithms, runtime complexity, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Python, shell scripting, and Linux.
• Experience managing open-source observability systems like OTel or Prometheus.
• Familiarity with provisioning and managing on-prem Linux servers.
• Exposure to machine learning workflows.
• Startup experience and excellent communication skills.
