Project Manager
Dublin – 1 week onsite 3 weeks fully remote per month

My client is looking for a skilled and adaptable Project Manager to join their cybersecurity engineering team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the Enterprise Cybersecurity program. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable release cycles across our IAM initiatives.

My client is looking for a skilled and adaptable Project Manager to join their cybersecurity engineering team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the Enterprise Cybersecurity program. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable release cycles across our IAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of release cycles, ensuring that all aspects of release readiness are met. Maintain and publish release calendars and update key stakeholders on release progress and potential impacts.
- Enhance and refine our release management processes and governance structure, promoting best practices in change and release management to optimize delivery.
- Coordinate with teams on disaster recovery planning and validation. Act as a key point of contact for problem management and incident resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Regularly liaise with cross-functional teams, technology leads, and senior management to communicate changes, manage risks, and ensure all parties are aligned on release goals.
- 4+ years in release and change management within enterprise IT
- Proficient in using ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA; strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software development life cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and work collaboratively with global teams.
- Capable of identifying risks, troubleshooting complex issues, and using analytical skills to support decision-making.
