Summary

Our client is looking for a System Integration Consultant with excellent analytical and executions skills. This is for a backfill position to join the project and focus on the integration elements, particularly working with our client to map out and define the end-to-end business process then work with their IT team to design and implement the API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Customer facing
• Lead meetings and workshops onsite for:
• Existing process analysis
• Business requirement gathering
• Process re-engineering to utilise Gen AI
• Liaise with 3rd party system providers concerning APIs and data.
• Commercial awareness for benefits realisation
• Good quality documentation of analysis

Skills:

• B2C and EAI system integration design using .NET and Azure technologies.
• SQL, JSON, XML
• Message queuing and interfacing protocols.
• Exception management design
• Familiarisation with Gen AI capabilities
• Application and service security
• Design documentation for developers.
• Test design and execution.
