Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Contract: 6-month
Rate: £625 per day (Inside IR35)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Start Date: 6th January 2025

Our client is seeking a skilled IT Solution Architect with experience in the retail banking sector to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the complex requirements of modern retail banking.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and integration of banking solutions aligned with business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks while optimizing solution cost and performance.
• Provide expertise in cloud technologies, data architecture, and API management to drive modernisation efforts.

 
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the retail banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in API design and integration, microservices, and SOA.
• Experience with security protocols, data governance, and compliance in banking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
