Exciting fully remote opportunity for German-speaking ServiceNow Architects/ServiceNow Solutions Consultants in Germany!

Company : An American multinational IT services and consulting company.

Role : ServiceNow Solution Architect

Location: Fully remote in Germany, Hungary, Polang or Bulgaria

Salary: Up to €120k

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee solution implementation projects.
• Design and manage both technical and business aspects of end-to-end solutions during implementation.
• Perform design reviews and ensure data quality.
• Serve as the main point of contact with external client teams during the sales process and after the sale.
• Lead and contribute to RFPs, providing expertise in technology solutions.
• Audit existing implementations and suggest improvements.
• Have a Consultancy mindset and identify business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Over 4+ years of work experience in IT
• 1-3 years of experience in service delivery implementation as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or ServiceNow Solutions Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Java, XML, and web technologies.
• At least 1 year of experience implementing and aligning business processes with ITIL best practices and a Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow.
• Fluent in German and English.
