Senior Software Engineer - HIRING ASAP

Location: 1 week in Galway office/3 weeks WFH

Summary

As a member of the team, you’ll create and influence innovative solutions that meet not only functional, but also performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

You will be expected to work as a member of a high functioning Scrum team to help drive the next generation user experience for the division both internally and externally.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Information Technology related field
• 5+ years’ experience in software application design & development
• Desired skillset: object-oriented development – primarily in .NET/C#, but Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Angular, React or ode an advantage also.
• Experience developing REST Services, Cloud infrastructure & CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, static code analysis, test automation and test-driven development

 
Responsibilities
 

• You will be a member of a scrum team (made up of other software engineers, software quality engineers and systems analysts) responsible for delivering key customer features.
• You will work closely with the product owner, scrum master, systems analysts, architects, and other developers to design, build, test, and deliver the features that make up our clients’ internet experience.
