Senior Researcher in SoC Architecture

As a Senior Researcher, you’ll take a leading role in developing next-generation SoC systems, driving innovation in architecture, and delivering optimized designs for wireless applications. You will work alongside experts from various domains to create impactful solutions.

Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Researching and designing advanced SoC systems to support next-gen wireless base station features and algorithms.
  • Developing novel architectures that balance performance, power efficiency, and scalability through software-hardware co-design.
  • Analyzing emerging trends in CPU optimization, memory management, and interconnect design.
  • Introducing new techniques to improve SoC performance and flexibility.
  • Building collaborations with universities and industry leaders to stay ahead in technology trends.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Master’s or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in chip design or wireless communication systems.
  • A strong understanding of SoC architecture, including CPU design, memory optimization, and hardware-software integration.
  • Familiarity with wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
