💼 Senior Product Manager

📍 Location: Fully remote in Germany. The preferred location is Berlin or Munich.

💰 Salary: €100k - €130k dependent on experience

Job Responsibilities:

This position is highly technical. The Product Manager (PM) will collaborate closely with both internal technical teams and customers' technical teams to understand their pain points, solve their problems, and deliver new product capabilities. The PM will participate in architectural discussions with technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ideally, 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager with a background in software development and prior experience as a Software Engineer/QA.
• Must be skilled in problem discovery and capable of engaging in architectural discussions with internal and external technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a B2B environment is required.

Nice to have:

• Experience with messaging infrastructure is advantageous.
• Ideal candidates will have experience working with distributed systems and with companies in developer tooling, infrastructure, or database sectors.
• Soft skills: The ideal candidate should be easy going, innovative, motivated, extroverted, passionate, humble, and possess excellent communication skills.
