Senior Calypso Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Calypso Java Developer for one of our clients, supporting a Change The Bank initiative to implement and integrate a new product, Security Lending, within the Calypso system. Project Description: You will be an integral part of a high-impact project, working on the design and technical leadership of complex solutions within Calypso. This role involves collaboration with both internal and external technical teams, ensuring the delivery of efficient and quality-driven processes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the IT Technical Lead for the project.
• Design major technical solutions in high-complexity environments.
• Lead by example, using a servant leadership style to support and coordinate the internal technical team.
• Monitor the progress of technical developments, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the project.
• Lead collaboration with external technical teams, designing and validating integrated solutions.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience with Calypso.
• Expert technical knowledge of Calypso's core functionalities, modules, and architecture.
• Experience in technical leadership within Calypso projects, with knowledge of technologies like Oracle, Spring Boot, Web Services, Gradel/Maven, Jenkins, MQ, JMS, and Kafka.
• Strong Java development experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CATT (Calypso Automated Testing Tool).
• Knowledge of PL/SQL (Oracle).
• Ability to read or debug Java code.
