Sailpoint Architect and Governance Lead
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 4 Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Location / Remote Working: Remote
Pay Rate: 600 - 660 CHF Per Day
Summary
Trust in SODA is collaborating with a global pharmaceutical company who are seeking an accomplished Sailpoint Architect and Governance Lead. They are looking for an ideal candidate who can spearhead their Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This strategic role will focus on refining IAM architecture, ensuring it meets business and security objectives, and leading governance activities to uphold standards and best practices.
Essentials
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of extensive experience as a Solution Architect, specifically within SailPoint IIQ environments.
- At least 5 years of experience and deep knowledge of IAM principles, DevSecOps, RBAC, architecture design, system integration, and security protocols.
- Leadership experience in IAM governance, with a strong understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Professional certifications related to IAM, cybersecurity, or architecture (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) are preferred.
- Fluent in English
- Must be based within Europe
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the existing JML process to ensure it aligns with business needs, security requirements, and scalability.
- Evaluate the existing SailPoint architecture to ensure it aligns with business needs, security requirements, and scalability.
- Develop pragmatic approach to implement RBAC and Movers processes.
- Design and Implement Identity and Access Management solution to manage customer and vendor access and identities to resources or applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a long-term strategy with scalable design, including.
- Create or update as needed with comprehensive SailPoint architecture designs, detailing all components, integrations, data flows, and security controls as well as the JML process.
- Establish and maintaining a robust SailPoint integration to enforce Identity Lifecycle standards.
- Select and endorse appropriate solutions, considering functionality, performance, scalability, and integration.
- Oversee the disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the SailPoint system to guarantee availability and data integrity.
- Collaborate with developers to configure and integrate SailPoint IIQ effectively with other systems and applications.
- Architect and implement robust access control mechanisms tailored for diverse user groups and applications.
- Establish and oversee the implementation of security controls and monitoring systems within the SailPoint framework.
- Drive automation of SailPoint processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Help define the testing and validation processes to ensure functional and security standards are met.
- Provide expert guidance to the SailPoint Managed Service team to support to users and administrators, ensuring technical issues are resolved and driving seamless IAM operations.
- Monitor system performance and security, analyzing logs, and implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential risks.
- Keep abreast of SailPoint best practices and technology trends, incorporating new features and tools to optimize the IAM environment.
- Initiate continuous improvement efforts, aiming to bolster security, efficiency, and scalability.
- Direct governance activities to ensure IAM operations comply with regulations and align with organizational policies.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to enforce compliance and guide the organization in maintaining a robust IAM posture.
