Job Title: Regional Partnerships Manager (London, Manchester, and Yorkshire)

Location: Remote

Salary: £60K (£100k OTE) + Uncapped Commissions

A leading organization in the education and technology sector is seeking a talented Regional Partnerships Manager to join their growing team.

The Role:

As a Regional Partnerships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing our company as a key player within the UK education and skills ecosystem. You'll work closely with Further Education Colleges, employers, and government agencies to position our courses effectively and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on local market trends, skills requirements, and economic drivers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Further Education Colleges, Institutes of Technology, Combined Authorities, Chambers of Commerce, and Local Enterprise Partnerships.
  • Business Development: Develop and expand partnerships with Further Education Colleges, delivering our Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, bootcamps, and future products.
  • Corporate Sales: Engage with local employers to promote our short-form courses and part-time bootcamps as solutions to their workforce development needs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support regional skills strategies and economic development plans.
  • Product Positioning: Tailor our offerings to meet local market demands, leveraging our Ofsted-approved status.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent our company at industry events, webinars, and on social media, positioning us as a thought leader in the education and skills training sector.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in business development within the education, training, or skills sector.
  • Strong understanding of the UK's Further Education sector, skills funding, and regional economic development.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on aligning business objectives with market opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel regularly within the territory.
