Program Manager - HIRING ASAP

Location: REMOTE
Rate: £186.72 - £300 per day via PAYE (Equivalent to £219 - £352 per day via Umbrella Company)
Summary
Our client is looking for a program manager with strong problem solving and communication skills. A team member who can learn quickly to develop a broad understanding of our clients products and collaborate with internal partners to deliver enterprise grade support solutions. We are seeking an innovative team member who can spearhead both business and technical improvements to enhance our clients' customer experience. An analytical thinker who can make data driven decisions. The ideal candidate who can collaborate effectively, drive execution and customer advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and objectives to deliver enterprise grade support
- Collaborate with internal partners to prepare support readiness for product launches
- Prioritize team roadmap and monitor progress against team goals
- Build strong relationships with internal partners to align roadmaps, business goals and project resourcing
- Create narratives from data analysis to identify product and support improvement opportunities
- Communicate process and program changes via change management channels and partner working groups
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining process to enhance the customer experience
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as the Microsoft office suite
- Experience reading and analysing data dashboard to build support narratives and leadership reports
- Superior verbal and written communication skills to develop presentations, support resources and trainings
- Exhibit a balance of analytical and interpersonal skills which serves a variety of audiences, both internal and external
- Passion for delivering a world class customer experience with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Bonus
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SixSigma etc)
- 1+ years of Experience working in a customer support environment
- Interest in the Metaverse and Meta's suite of enterprise products
