Position: Kubernetes SecDevOps Engineer
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Remote

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Kubernetes Atlassian SecDevOps Engineer to design and implement robust hybrid cloud solutions that optimize automation and enhance security. This role involves creating and maintaining containerized infrastructures that align with digital and operational technology needs while adhering to the strictest standards of IT security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect sustainable hybrid cloud solutions to ensure efficient and secure operations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across various departments including Digital, Enterprise Architecture, Quality Assurance, and IT Security.
- Lead the adoption of containerization practices and promote DevOps culture within the organization.
- Design and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructures that meet critical GxP requirements.
- Develop and enforce cloud standards and frameworks using DevOps methodologies and tools, including:
- Infrastructure as Code for hardware provisioning.
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Automated testing frameworks.
- Management of artifact repositories, logs, events, metrics, alerts, app deployments, and security frameworks.
- Ensure designs adhere to IT Security and Quality Assurance standards and conduct architecture reviews.
- Champion the transition to cloud-native setups to enhance IT and operational management and business resilience.
- Innovate and improve infrastructure systems by implementing efficient, modern agile methodologies in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A visionary thought leader adept at integrating processes and people.
- Extensive experience (5-10 years) in enterprise architecture, with a deep understanding of cloud services setup including technical, organizational, cost, and security aspects.
- Proven ability to drive change and foster a DevOps culture within a large organization.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, capable of building consensus and collaborating effectively with various teams.
