Currently expanding across France, our client is building a team of driven sales professionals to bring their service to new markets and enhance their presence in the food delivery and dining ecosystem.

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our client's growth within the French market through high-volume, phone-based outreach. This role will involve onboarding ideal partners to the platform, setting up meetings, and closing sales to strengthen our client’s restaurant network.

What You’ll Do
Conduct cold calls to French restaurants to introduce our client’s platform, arrange follow-up meetings, and guide partners through the onboarding process.
Set clear expectations with partners to ensure they deliver a quality experience to the platform’s customers.
Work closely with the sales team to support restaurant growth initiatives across Europe.
Track competitor activity, prepare sales reports, and present insights to help refine strategies.
Occasionally attend events or visit partners in person to close deals and foster relationships.

What You’ll Bring
2-3 years of sales experience (experience in hospitality or food service is a plus).
Native-level proficiency in French and strong command of English.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and deliver compelling sales pitches.
A resilient, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset, with a fast-learning ability to adapt quickly.
