We have partnered with one of the Worlds largest consultancies which are searching for high-skill-set Lead Java Developers to join their team in Spain. The successful applicant will be working on greenfield projects for one of the largest financial institutions in the world developing a new client facing product that works on a global scale.

The Role:
You'll be leading distributed teams delivering an enterprise level financial product. You'll be responsible for the design and implementation of the project along with leading a cross functional team of engineers.

Must Haves:
Fluency in Spanish and English
4+ years experience leading cross-functional teams of 5+
Experience with owning design and implementation of complex distributed systems.


Bonus Points:
Financial software experience
Consultancy experience

This role is fully remote however you must be located within Spain, we cannot facilitate relocation for this position.
