ITSM Engineer – HIRING ASAP

Rate: CHF 700 – CHF 800 per day
 
Summary
 
You will work in an agile, product- and process-oriented team. In the SAP-PS and SAP-PPM environment, you will be responsible for transforming the existing applications in SAP R/3 into SAP S/4.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Collaboration in the implementation of a new ITSM solution.
• Management of our ITSM processes and their automation. You have a strong focus on incident, change, service request and configuration management.
• Designing and improving modern processes with a focus on automation via command and control
• Participate in planning and strategy meetings and assist in defining the organisation and service delivery.

 
Key Skills

• 5+ years relevant experience
• Scripting and automation: skills in scripting languages to automate tasks.
• Experience with API integration/development.
• ITIL and DevOps experience
• Knowledge of ITSM tools: Several years of experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti or BMC Remedy.
• Several years of experience with IT Asset Management and IT Configuration Management processes.
• Experience in managing IT projects and implementing ITSM processes.
• Languages: German & English
