Tasks: Expert with experience in implementing various Greenfield S/4HANA ERP migrations at banks, knows the important elements for a successful transformation; advises on planning, conception, procedure, organization and accompanies the implementation with IT know-how.

This means: - Support in selecting best practice - Being able to demonstrate connections between best practices in S/4 (backend, FIORI, e2e, etc.)

• Support for technical product management during the transformation
• Coordination and migration management for the replacement of SAP/R3 with S/4HANA
• Central contact for questions on the technical side
• Contact person for inquiries regarding the migration project
• Identifying/managing risks and bottlenecks
• Checking and ensuring quality requirements
• Planning, monitoring and documenting project activities
• Training, advising and coaching in the application of project management processes, methods and tools (especially SAP Activate Skills):
• Very good conceptual and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of the business integration of SAP modules
• Several years of experience in implementation projects using the Greenfield approach
• Project experience in the banking environment
