My client a leading healthcare manufacturer is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team in Switzerland. This is a hybrid working contract role requiring 3 days per week onsite.

English language is required for this position with fluent German also being an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate business acumen in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Understand company goals and data, translating them into dashboards, KPIs, and operational improvements.
• Communicate priorities effectively to all stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable proposals using governance models.
• Identify and address performance issues, acting as a key communicator for solutions.
• Encourage innovative approaches in response to changing business needs.
• Lead or participate in multiple complex initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Integrate data using Power BI, SAP BW, and other tools to publish reports and KPIs.
• Gather business requirements through various methods.
• Define scope for new business tools and translate requirements for developers.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure data reliability.
• Establish reporting governance models and report performance.
• Review and enhance existing requirements-gathering processes.
• Communicate requirements and feasible options to stakeholders.
• Create process models and specifications for developers.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimise system integration with partners.
• Report technical issues and make recommendations.
• Document processes according to cGMP and ISO 9001 standards.
