A leading full-fibre network provider in London is seeking a driven and experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to join their team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of advisors and driving sales across acquisition, renewals, and retention.
- Developing and implementing effective sales processes and tools.
- Building strong relationships across the business to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Leading by example and contributing to individual sales targets.
To be successful, you'll need:
- A degree and proven experience leading a sales team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Previous experience in the telecoms/broadband consumer market is a plus.
