Business Analyst - HIRING ASAP

Rate: CHF 1215 per day

Summary

The project involves replacing an existing compliance solution for screening against external lists (Worldcheck, PEP, sanctions, etc.). In the first phase, the existing solution is analysed, and the business requirements defined. Based on this, the options must be worked out as to whether we migrate/rebuild the existing solution on our infrastructure (lift & shift) or purchase and adapt a completely new solution from a third-party supplier.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the determination and specification of requirements in co-operation with the specialist departments
• Analysing the existing solution and helping to develop possible solution options (lift & shift or completely new solution)
• Organising and moderating workshops and documenting requirements
• Modelling, verifying, and describing business processes in our process portal (BPMN)
• Link between specialist departments, IT, and software suppliers.

Key Skills

• Several years of professional experience as a business analyst and/or requirements engineer in the financial sector
• Strong delivery skills in an agile environment with the technical implementation teams
• Certification as requirements engineer and/or business analyst.
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a business fluent demeanour
• Strong understanding of technical migrations
