About the Role

I am working with a world leader in the Aviation industry who are seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering innovative products.

You'll be responsible for understanding business needs, analysing their impact, and ensuring effective communication and delivery of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and define requirements.
• Elicit and document requirements using various techniques, including interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Plan and conduct meetings and workshops to facilitate effective communication.
• Utilise modelling and analysis tools to develop potential solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to produce required outputs for decision gateways.
• Ensure that business requirements are delivered and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in business analysis methodologies and tools.
• (Preferred) Professional BA qualification.
