Agile Coach/Scrum Manager
Start: December 2024
Length: 12 Months
Location: 3weeks WFH, 1 Week onsite in Dublin
Pay: €450 - €520 Per day
One of our esteemed clients in looking for a skilled and hungry Agile Coach/Scrum Manager to join their strategic team. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be working alongside multiple teams and divisions. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, brings new ideas and is a whiz on the analytics side.

Responsibilities:
- Advise on performance against agile values, practices, metrics, and processes to accelerate value delivery
- Maintain a backlog, help to remove impediments, and ensure effective agile events
- Support the team by engaging with all team members and product area leadership to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work
- Coordinating the efforts and releases of multiple systems teams with interdependencies to deliver a seamlessly integrated solution to customers
Qualifications:
- Introductory scrum master certification required
- Substantial experience working with or in software development agile teams with good understanding of agile practices and tools (Jira, Kanban, Lean), technology, and value delivery for customers
- Working closely with the Product Owner to plan and complete the highest priority work as per the product roadmap
